Today, the Superior Administrative Court (TSA) hears the request for the measure against resolution #000048 of the Ministry of Public Health, which establishes the obligation to present your vaccination card in public and private places.

It is recalled that the President of the Republic, Luis Abinader, was summoned for October 26 to appear before the Superior Administrative Court (TSA).

The Minister of the Presidency and the Minister of Public Health were also summoned together with the President.

The request for the precautionary measure was filed on October 12 by the pastor and political leader, Carlos Pena, against the Ministry of Public Health and Social Assistance and its minister Daniel Rivera.

The President of the TSA, Diomede Villalona, authorized Pena to summon Public Health and the Administrative Attorney General’s Office.
